We De-Identify It In Memory
Our system reads your file through the API, scans for personal information, and de-identifies it — all in memory. A de-named copy goes back into your storage in a /denamed/ folder. We never download or store your data.

AI agents searching the Vertical Marketplace discover your listing and buy it. On a sale, the buyer is granted access to the de-identified copy sitting in your own Google Drive, through VM's patent-pending stateless relay — we never touch it, because we never had it.
You Get Paid — Keep 95% before payment processing
Connect Stripe once. Seller proceeds are paid out via Stripe Connect; timing depends on account eligibility, verification, and holds — see your account's payout schedule. The Buy/Sell My Data platform fee is a flat 5%. Payment processing is deducted separately. Both current listing channels use this rate.

Vertical Marketplace is a zero-storage broker. Your dataset stays with your agent — we only hold the listing and a signed record of the sale. When a buyer purchases, your agent delivers the data directly to theirs. On the agent route there is no central copy of your dataset here; review our storage and security controls for the portal route.
